HESLOP, Douglas Murray April 28, 1943-September 27, 2017 With great sadness we announce the passing of Doug at Brantford General Hospital. Much loved husband of Marlene for 39 years, and loving father of Jason, Dennis (Amanda), and Susan, and loving grandfather of Abbigail. Beloved brother of David (Grace), Betty (Karel), and dear son-in-law of Marge (Harvey). Doug will be very sadly missed by his extended family, many friends and all the children he and Marlene fostered over the past 21 years. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Doug’s Life will be held at Troy Women’s Institute Hall, 2295 Old Troy Rd., Troy (beside Donn Zver Pottery) on Sunday, October 1st from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Susan’s Education Fund.
