Suddenly on Monday, January 9, 2017 at Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay, in her 74th year. Beloved wife of the late Jack MacDonald. Loving mother of Deanna (Steven Feeney) and Sonja MacDonald (Glenn Rueckwart predeceased). Cherished Grandma of Breanne Carr-Braint (Adam) and Aaron Wright (Whitney Ferrier). Dear sister of Doreen and Bill Kemp and Harold and Barb Drew. Eleanor will be fondly remembered by her close friends David and Cindy Coffin, nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be held at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234), on Friday, January 13th from 1:00 p.m. until time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 2:30 p.m. Interment Union Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Humane Society of Durham Region would be appreciated.
