ELSIE FORBES DUGGAN Passed away peacefully at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre on November 9, 2016. Loving mother of Fred (Pat) and Stephen (Tonni). Proud Nanny of Kim, Christopher, Kaleigh and Brittany and great-grandmother to Summer. Elsie is survived by her niece Cathy (Bob) and nephew David (Nancy). Family and friends will be received at STECKLEY- GOODERHAM FUNERAL HOME, 30 Worsley Street, Barrie, for visitation on Friday, November 11, 2016 from 2 to 4 p.m. A service will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2016 starting at 11 a.m. Visitation from 10 a.m. Reception to follow.
