Filomena ZIELINSKI

It is with profound sadness that the family announces the sudden passing of Filomena on March 6, 2017 in her 94th year. Predeceased by her husband Frank and daughter Donna. Beloved mother of Anne Sado (Ed). Grandmother/babcia to John-Paul (Jessica), Michael (Lindsay) and great-grandmother/prababcia to Charles John. She will be deeply missed by many relatives in Poland, extended family and friends. She was vital until the end – still in her own home, always cooking pierogi and other Polish treats for her family and getting ready for her next card game as well as her next driving test. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., at Windermere, east of Jane subway, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday. Funeral Mass will be held at All Saints Roman Catholic Church, 1415 Royal York Rd., on Friday, March 10th, at 9:30 a.m. Interment Park Lawn Cemetery.
