God called Francesco peacefully on Monday, April 10, 2017, surrounded by his family in his 80th year. He will be remembered by starting Primo Kitchen Cabinets with his brother and partner Michelino for over 40 years. He was passionate about the family restaurant, Piccolo Castello Trattoria started in 1984. Enjoying the company of many friends and patrons. Dearly beloved husband for 50 years to Teresa. Cherished father of Anthony and his wife Rita. Proud Nonno to Francesco and Lia Ida. Dear brother of Antonietta Pallotta and her husband the late Giacomo, the late Nicola and his wife Filomena Mastrogiovanni, Anna Marraffino and her husband the late Vincenzo, Rita and her husband Bernandino Di Sano and Michelino and his wife Yola Mastrogiovanni. Dear brother-in-law of Maria and her husband Nicola Cosentino, Carmelina Alessandro and her husband the late Nicola, Giovanna and her husband Domenic Pallotta, Nicolina Pingitore, Tony Pingitore and his wife Rose and Joe Pingitore. Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and friends. Visitations will be held at the NEWEDIUK FUNERAL HOME, KIPLING CHAPEL, 2058 Kipling Avenue, (north of Rexdale Blvd.), Sunday, April 16, 2017 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral Monday, April 17, 2017 leaving the funeral home 11 a.m. for Funeral Mass from St. Benedict Church, 2194 Kipling Avenue at 11:30 a.m. Entombment Glendale Memorial Gardens.
