FRANKC. JOHNSON

JOHNSON, FRANK C. Final Flight Frank C. Johnson embarked on his final flight in the early morning hours of Sunday, September 24, 2017 to join his dear Sheila. Beloved Uncle Frank to Franklin, Kevin and Joan, Godfather to Kelly and Robin. A WWII Typhoon Pilot, Frank was the last surviving member of his RAF Squadron 174. Post war Frank enjoyed a wonderful life full of golf, skiing, flying and Golden Retrievers. Frank’s positive outlook, generosity and love for life helped Frank through 95 years of life. He will be missed by his many friends at his ‘second home’ Islington Golf and Country Club where Frank was a member for 56 years and by his many neighbours and friends. Many thanks to Dr. Kirigin and the wonderful CCU nurses at Trillium Hospital. A private family celebration of life will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Golden Retriever Rescue.
