LOSEE, Fraser Fraser Donald Losee passed away peacefully in St. Michael’s Hospital on Friday, October 13, 2017 at the age of 63. He was born on February 14, 1954 in Toronto, Ontario, to the late Donald and Evelyn Losee. He is survived by his children Candice and Graham (Amber) and by his cousin Joyce Meyers (David) and her daughter Karen Clark-Nash (Mike). He had a profound love for books, a deep passion for knowledge and he thoroughly enjoyed travelling all over the world. He was a proud employee of the City of Toronto for 26 years. He will be missed dearly by his family, friends and colleagues. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W.
