MAYNARD, Garfield April 11, 1932 – August 18, 2017 Garfield passed away peacefully at home with loved ones by his side at the age of 85. He was devoted and loving husband of 60 years to wife Mavis Maynard. Garfield was a beloved grandfather to Vanessa, Julie (Chris), Jesse and Danielle and a proud great-grandfather to Lochlin and Xavier. He will be deeply missed by family and friends in Canada, Barbados, England and the United States. Garfield had a deep passion for his flowers and took great pride in his beautiful award-winning gardens at his home. We will all cherish and honour that memory of him. As per Garfield’s wishes, a private family service will be held. Sleep safely in the arms of Jesus.
