GOULBOURNE, Gertrude (Trudy) April 5, 1932 – June 22, 2017 Peacefully at 85 years of age, at Scarborough General Hospital. Loving mother of David Near (Janice), Beverly Ferguson (Rick), Kim Berrie (Erik) and Debbie Rankin (Mike). Cherished grandmother of Robert Near, Sarah Near, Michael Near, Gregory Near, Andrea Berrie, Michael Berrie, Ryan Ferguson, Lindsay Rankin, Michaela Rankin and Tyler Rankin. Great-grandmother to Khalim Near, Malcolm Near, Evie Near and Colton Ferguson. Lovingly remembered by her in-laws, nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. A memorial service will be held at the “Scarborough Chapel” of McDougall and Brown, 2900 Kingston Road, Scarborough, on Friday, June 30, 2017 at 1 p.m., with visitation starting at 11 a.m. Reception to follow at the funeral home.
