Gilchrist, Rebecca Katherine (nee Doucette) April 10, 1941 – July 19, 2016 It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our mom. Rebecca will be dearly missed by her children; Cindy, Rick (Kelly), Terri, Heather, Timmy (Karen), Shawn (Terry Ann), her beloved grandchildren, great-grandchildren, her siblings; Chris, Marie and Ernest and many extended family and friends. Rebecca is predeceased by her parents Eliza and Vincent, her husband Neil and her brothers Paul, Carl and Eugene. Mom, who was known to many as Nanny, touched the lives of everyone she met and was loved and adored by all. Mom was a fighter that inspired us with her faith, gratitude and zest for life. Service Monday, July 25, 2016 at 3 p.m. at The Circle of Life, 100 King Street East, Dundas, Ontario. Interment to follow at a later date. Condolences can be left at circleoflifecbc.com.
