OVERGAARD, Helle It is with great sadness we announce that Helle Mai Overgaard (nee Bredahl), 54, of Mississauga passed away peacefully in her sleep at Credit Valley Hospital on June 27, 2017 due to complications from colon cancer. Helle is survived by husband Sune, daughter Maria (Jeff), step-sons Thomas (Alicia), Nicholas and Michael, brother Ole (Lone), sister Tille (Claus) and mother Lilly. She will be fondly remembered by family and friends. The family wishes to extend a special thanks to the nurses and doctors at Credit Valley. A memorial service will take place on Thursday, July 6th at 11:00 a.m. at the Danish Lutheran Church, 72 Finch Ave. West, Toronto (near Yonge St.), with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Danish Lutheran Church of Toronto would be gratefully accepted.
