Henrick Albert GRANT
1924 – 2017
Passed away suddenly on Sunday, June 4, 2017 at St. Joseph’s Hospital at the age of 92 years. Predeceased by his beloved wife Catherine Nora Grant (nee Moynihan), brother D’arcy Grant and son Paul Henrick Grant. Survived by his son Mark Andrew Grant and brother Albert Grant. Thanks for CCAC and a special thanks to Noreen and friend Bernadette. Henry served in World War II. He was also an avid fisherman and a story teller. Friends will be received at the Ridley Funeral Home, 3080 Lake Shore Blvd. W. (at 14th St., between Islington and Kipling Aves., 416-259-3705) on Thursday, June 8, 2017 from 2:00 – 4:00 and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Friday at 10:00 a.m. Cremation will follow and an interment of ashes will take place at Mount Hope Cemetery at a later date. Donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
