HOOPER, Howard ‘Bud’ Past General Manager of William Prager Ltd. Peacefully passed away at Mill Creek Care Centre on September 9, 2017 in his 89th year. Beloved husband and best friend of Eileen for 70 years. Dear father of Phil, Lisa and Howard (Deborah). Proud Gramps of 6 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Sadly missed by many other dear family members and close friends. Guests will be received at Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie, on Thursday, September 14th, from 10:30 a.m. until the time we celebrate his life in the chapel at 11:30 a.m. A reception will follow at the funeral home.
