HUGH VINCENT BRACELAND Ex Capt. R.C.A.F. World War II Veteran 401, 402, 411 (Reserve) Squadrons On Tuesday, June 21, 2016 in his 96th year. Husband of the late Patricia Wood. Loving father of Terry (Kitty), Brenda Moss (Tom), Sheilagh Cleevely (Bill), Colleen Gittus (Bob), Steve (Linda), Tricia Armstrong (Bill) and Chris (Kelly). Cherished grandfather of Tyler, Kimberley, Courteney, Ryan, Corey, Patrick, Thomas, Katie, Christopher, Mathew, Sheamus, Brandon and Aaron. Great-grandfather of 6 children. Hugh was a graduate in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of St. Louis, MO, USA, 3rd Degree Knight of Columbus, member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario, Associate Fellow of the Canadian Aeronautical Technical Officer and Pilot in the above squadrons and 30 years of coaching youngsters and teenagers in hockey, football and baseball. He played all three sports earning letters in Baseball at St. Louis University and for the hockey and football teams of Loyola College and the RCAF.
