POST, Jacqueline (Wiese) On July 17th after a courageous battle with cancer. Jaclyn is survived by her daughter Jessi Post, her mother Lore Wiese and her sister Monika Hurford. An outdoor celebration of her life will take place on Saturday, August 26th from 2 until 5 p.m. at 2395 Conservation Rd., Campbellville.
