HENDREN, Jane “Queen of the South”
Peacefully with her family by her side at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Tuesday, February 28th, 2017, at 48 years of age. Beloved wife of Robert for 30 years. Loving and cherished Mom of Kristin and Jake. Dear daughter of Jane and the late James Hendren. She will be sadly missed by her brother James, her sister Allison and her husband Charles Ferreira, her nephews Matthew, Colin and her niece Jessica. Also by her mother-in-law Betty Parks and father-in-law Tyrone Manuel, her brothers-in-law Ken and his wife Cassie, Darrin and his wife Tracy, sister-in-law Tammy and her husband Bill and their families and by her many friends. Visitation will be held at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Friday, March 3rd from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Phillip the Apostle Catholic Church (1314 Oxford Street, Oshawa) on Saturday, March 4th at 10:00 a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Jane had a generous spirit and was passionate about helping youth of South Oshawa. Memorial donations to the South Oshawa Community Centre would be appreciated
