JANET WELCH (nee LAIRD) Passed away peacefully with her family by her side at the age of 94. Beloved wife of the late Cyril (Jim) Welch, loving mother of Margo Scott, Sandra Wigle and Trevor Welch. Loving mother-in-law to Barton Scott, Brian Wigle and Guylaine Dostie, Beloved grandma to Shannon (Justin), Ashley, David (Nikki), Collin and Corey (Taylor); beloved great-grandma to Madigan.
