JENNIE MOORE (nee HERMAN) Passed away peacefully at Northridge Long Term Care in Oakville, Ontario, on April 8, 2017. Predeceased by her loving husband Tom (2015). Cherished mother of Stacie Moore and Jennifer Poulin (Patrice). Beloved grandmother of Alexandre and Noah. Also survived by her sister Minnie Herman. Predeceased by her brother Herald Herman. Jennie was a devoted mother, wife and grandmother. She was very kind, positive and loved to make people laugh.
