JIMMY GILDAY At Parkwood Hospital, London, on Thursday, August 4, 2016, William James “Jimmy” Gilday, formerly of Etobicoke in his 87th year. Beloved husband of the late Dorothy (Madigan) Gilday and dear friend of Shirley Gerrow of Etobicoke. Dear brother of Ruth Taylor of London and predeceased by 3 sisters and 3 brothers. Special “Uncle Jimmy” to Jim and Norma, Susan and John, Ray and Becky and their families. Jimmy will be missed by many levels of nieces and nephews across Canada and the United States. Jimmy was a longtime member of the Moose Lodge, Long Branch and the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 101. Friends will be received by the family on Wednesday from 10 – 11 a.m. (1 hour prior) to the Funeral Service being held at A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London, on August 10, 2016 at 11 a.m. with Reverend Canon T. Keith Nethery officiating. Private interment in Beechwood Cemetery, Forest.
