Peacefully at University Hospital, London on Wednesday, July 6, 2016, John Babcock of London in his 81st year. Husband of Joy (Duncan) Babcock. Father of Joanne Miller (Kevin), John, Sandra Martin (Stewart). Papa/ Grandpa of Caitlan, Brooke, Ashlie, Krista, Leah and Cody. Brother of Billy, Audrey and Marion. Special friend of Kim and Noah. John was predeceased by his sons Kevin and James, his daughter Penny, brothers Frank, Garnet, Ernest and sisters Sandra, Joanne and Erma. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at St. James’ Anglican Church Hall, 184 Oxford Street, Ingersoll on Sunday, July 10, 2016 from 2-4 p.m. Memorial donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada would be appreciated.
