WHEATLEY, Joy Ruth (Johnson) The family would like to announce the passing of Joy on May 24, 2017. Surrounded by her family, a month before her 65th birthday. Joy is predeceased by her parents Vera and Vernon Johnson. Survived by her husband Brian. Loving mother of Owen (Heather), Eric, Nolan (Angela) and Alissa (Jon). Sister of Brian. Beloved best friend of Jean Grzelak. We would like to extend a thank you to the staff on C3 at Juravinski Hospital for the care she received. Cremation has taken place. Private graveside service will be held. Celebration of Life ceremony will be announced at a later date. God made a wonderful mother, A mother who never grows old; He made her smile of the sunshine; And He moulded her heart of pure gold. In her eyes, He placed bright shining stars; In her cheeks, fair roses you see; God made a wonderful mother, And He gave that dear mother to me.
