KEITH MACINNES Retired Finance Professor at McMaster, Ryerson and York Universities and Chief Accountant at Brascan Ltd., CFA, CPA, PFS and graduate of Trent University Passed away at his home in Kingston, Ontario on Monday, April 3, 2017 at the age of 63. Keith was married to Lynne MacInnes (nee Sheridan) for 40 years and they had recently moved from Toronto to Kingston. His brothers Gord MacInnes and wife Yvonne and Al MacInnes and wife Betty reside in Peterborough where Keith was born. Keith’s sister Evelyn Haylock of Toronto has passed away. Keith’s deceased parents were Earlim MacInnes and Jean (nee Griffin) of Woodville and in later years Peterborough. Keith valued his friendships with Lynne’s first cousins and their spouses Nancy and Scott McFadyen of Smiths Falls, Lorne Sheridan and Marian Clarke of Perth and Peg and Bill Kivi of Sarnia and second cousin Judy Watson of Barrie. Lynne’s parents are deceased. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 12:30 p.m. both at NISBETT FUNERAL HOME, 600 Monaghan Rd. S., Peterborough (705-745-3211). A private burial for Keith will be held at a later date.
