LINO CAO Peacefully in his sleep on Sunday, January 29, 2017 at Etobicoke General Hospital at the age of 84. Beloved husband of Irma for 60 years. Loving father of Flora (Lou) and John (Janet). Cherished Nonno of Joseph, Angela (Thomas), Leanna and Sarah. Dear brother of Natale (Catia), Alba (Bill) and Virginia (Tony). Lino will be fondly remembered by other family members here and in Europe. Lino was born in Stevena (Pordenone), Italy and immigrated to Canada in 1956. He worked as a Tile Setter for many years. Friends will be received at Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy. 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, on Tuesday from 6-9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Peter’s Church, 100 Bainbridge Ave., on Thursday, February 2nd at 9:30 a.m. Entombment to follow at Glendale Cemetery.
