SFERRAZZA, Luigi Suddenly at home, Luigi passed away on February 21, 2017 in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of Teresa (nee Mastroianni) and the late Gayleen. Loving father and father-in-law of Angelo (Gino) and Victoria, Mark and Renée, Daniel and Heather, Raffaele and Beth, David and Jill and Peter and Avril. Cherished Nonno to Brandon and Ashley, Amanda, Alicia, Alec, Darren, Giada and Giovanni. Bisnonno to Hayley-Rose. Predeceased by his parents Angelo and Maria Sferrazza and son-in-law of the late Natale and Marianna Mastroianni and the late Alec and Mary Macdonald. Dear brother and brother-in-law of the late Stephena and Alfonso Chiodo, the late Rosa and Angelo Agro, the late Calogero Sferrazza, Giovanni and Gioacchina Sferrazza, Pina and the late Alfonso Sferrazza, Salvatore and the late Antonia Sferrazza, Giuseppe and Rosa Sferrazza, Carmelo and the late Alfonsa Sferrazza, Ada, Angelo and Lina Sferrazza and Maria and Giuseppe LaMantia, Fred and Lorraine Mastroianni, Sara and Carmelo Alaimo, Joanne and Louis Kovacs, John and Linda Mastroianni, Frank and Livia Mastroianni, and Marcello and Christina Mastroianni. Luigi will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends in Canada, Belgium and Racalmuto. Luigi was Vice President at the Fratellanza Racalmultese Club and was involved with the Maria S.S. Del Monte Community. A special thank you to the paramedics and fire department for their efforts. Visitation at FRISCOLANTI FUNERAL CHAPEL, 43 Barton St. E., (near James St. N) on Thursday and Friday from 2-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. Vigil prayers Friday at 8 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be offered at All Souls Church on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Burlington.
