MADJERUH, Zorica Peacefully passed away at the Juravinski Hospital on Friday, August 26, 2016 at the age of 84, with her loving family by her side. Beloved wife of Josip for 62 years. Cherished mother of Branko (Marta), John (Debbie), Joe (Annette), and Evana Agostini (Luigi). Loving Baba of Natasha and Nickolas. Predeceased by her siblings Drago, Slavica, and Zvonko. Zorica will be fondly remembered by all of her extended family in Canada and Croatia. A loving wife, mother, and Baba, she will be dearly missed by all of those who knew and loved her. The family wishes to thank all of the wonderful staff at the Juravinski Hospital and the Hamilton General Hospital for their compassionate care. Visitation at the Markey Dermody Funeral Home, 1774 King St. E. on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with prayers at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Cross Croatian Church, 1883 King St. E. on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to the Juravinski Cancer Centre.
