MAUREEN ELIZABETH TASSIE Died Wednesday, July 20, 2016. Beloved wife and best friend of the late David Paul Tassie. Predeceased by parents Joe and Marie Reagin. Survived by much loved daughter Danielle Marie Tassie, son-in-law Stephen Peterson and adored and long awaited grandson Joseph John Tassie Peterson. Big sister to Paul, Rose (Pete), Shawn, Joe (Audrey) and Cindy. Aunt to Adrian, Samantha (Clay), Lyndsey (Dave), Jesse, Shannon and Brycin. Great-aunt to David, Nicholas, Evan and Molly. She loved her many cousins: the Reagins, Strachans and McAteers. Will be missed by her aunt Rosaleen and Golden Girls: Beryl, Charlotte, Diane and Sharon. In lieu of flowers, Maureen requested donations be made to The War Amps of Canada or Wounded Warriors of Canada. There will be a Celebration of Her Life, Friday, August 5, 2016. Friends and family are invited to drop in between 3 – 7 p.m. at Henley Gardens, 1091 Kingston Rd., Toronto. Kids are welcome. –
