WALKER, May Peacefully at her home on March 6, 2017, at the age of 96. Predeceased by her mother Edith and cousin Peter. She will be missed by her beloved chosen daughter Laura and her dear friends Orville, Fran, Janice and others who enjoyed her sense of humour and kindness. Former member of Alban The Martyr Church and St. Stephen on the Mount Church. Special thanks are extended to all the agencies that supported her and allowed her to stay at home. Arrangements have been entrusted to TRUSCOTT, BROWN & DWYER FUNERAL CHAPEL , (905-549-2417). A Celebration of her Life will be held at St. Stephen on the Mount Church (625 Concession Street at Viewpoint, next to the Juravinski Cancer Clinic) on Friday, March 10 at 11 a.m. with visitation at the church 1 hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Hamilton SPCA or St. Stephen on the Mount would be appreciated.
