MICHAEL GLENN ANDERSON Passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 4, 2017 at the Stedman Community Hospice, Brantford. Mike Anderson of Forestville in his 71st year. Beloved husband of Betty Anderson-Ward who he married July 15, 2011. Dear father of Barb D’Agostino and husband Joe of Brampton and William Anderson of Kitchener. Sadly missed by his 7 grandchildren AJ, Alyssa, John, Caralyn, Michael, Daniel and Mathew, as well as his great-grandson Sherlock. Survived by his brothers Paul, Ron and Mark. He will be remembered by Betty’s family, Brenda Emre of St. Thomas, Laura Vandelande and John Duffy of Norwich, Andrew Ward and wife Valerie of Cambridge, Robin Vandelande of Ottawa, Jesse Ward and wife Kate of St. Williams and by her 12 grandchildren. Predeceased by his first wife Gair Anderson and by brothers Alfred (Skip) and Barry. Michael is also fondly remembered by Gair’s family. Born and raised in Toronto, Mike had worked for 30 years for the Scarborough Board of Education before retiring to Forestville in 1992. Funeral arrangements will remain private and have been entrusted to the Jeffrey W. Glendinning Funeral Home, Port Rowan.
