MICHAEL MIKULKA Passed away peacefully in his sleep at the Leaside Residence on Tuesday, May 23, 2017. Predeceased by his beloved wife, Anna Mikulka, in 2013, he is survived by his children, Linda, Sandy (Ted) and Michael (Gloria) and his grandson, Terran. A Funeral Service was held in his honour followed by interment in Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, Thornhill. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Schulich Heart Centre, Sunnybrook Hospital would be appreciated.
