MICHELE BRAICO It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Michele (Mike) Braico on March 22, 2017 at the age of 67. Predeceased by his parents Antonio and Rosa. He leaves behind his beloved wife Mirella (nee Rosati) and cherished daughter Rosa. Michele was a loving brother to extended family in Canada and Italy. He was a special uncle to many nieces and nephews and a loyal friend to many. Mike was a man sustained by his strong faith. Mike’s love of family, his strength, courage and zest for life have inspired us all. He will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him. Visitations will be held at Bernardo Funeral Home (2960 Dufferin St., south of Lawrence Ave. W.) on Friday from 2-4, 6-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Jane Frances Church (2747 Jane St., north of Sheppard Ave. W.) on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. Entombment will follow at Beechwood Cemetery (7241 Jane St., north of Steeles Ave. W.).
