HEMMS, Nancy October 27, 1927 – June 26, 2017 Passed away at Chartwell Woodhaven Long Term Care Facility after a long battle with Alzheimer’s Disease. She will be missed by her husband Gordon of 67 years. Loving mother to Patricia (Woods), Stephen and predeceased by Michael.
