NEDDIE MAJESKY August 25, 1934 – March 5, 2017 Passed away peacefully at Scarborough Grace Hospital, age 82. Married to Wally Majesky for 46 years, who passed away in 2002. Loving mum to Gary (Claudette) and Lawrence (Dianne) and grandmother to Kaitlyn, Curtis, Cameron, Shawna and Robyn. Beloved sister to June Gunn and aunt to nephews (Bill, Phillip and Stewart). She was a proud New Democrat, and social and labour activist. She enjoyed a wonderful life with Wally, travelled across Canada and around the world. She moved to Marsh Road in 1956 where they raised a family, then built a family cottage on Eagle Lake, Haliburton in 1973. Since Wally’s passing, she dedicated herself to her family and participated in IBEW Local 353 retiree functions. Special thanks to Marsh Road neighbours for their love and caring. Finally, our deep appreciation to Dr. Gerald Rockman, her Family MD. He always made the right call. Visitation Sunday, March 12th from 2 – 5 p.m. Pine Hills Cemetery.
