BERTOL, Nello “Bert” We are very sad to announce that Nello “Bert” Bertol passed away peacefully in his 90th year on October 13, 2017. A loving husband to Lydia for over 70 years and a cherished father to Diane (late Dr. James Hiscox), Loretta, Lorraine (late Keith Kress) and Anita (Ben Saunders) and father-in-law to Zora Kriz (Kendall Townend). Predeceased by his beloved son, Ralph. He will be greatly missed by his 9 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and his many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street at Goulding south of Steeles) on Monday, October 16, 2017 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church (24 Cheritan Avenue, Toronto) on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 a 11 a.m. Interment Mount Hope Cemetery.
