Rev. Dr. J. Charles QUAIL
QUAIL, Rev. Dr. J. Charles On Sunday, September 11, 2016 we lost a beautiful soul, our dad, Chuck Quail. He left this world in peace and in anticipation of his home in glory, a place which he spent many years sharing about with others. Dad’s passion in life was preaching and teaching from God’s word. He enjoyed many years of ministry in Sudbury, Glenelg Township, Owen Sound and Dunnville. The last year had been one of many trials for Dad, but he never complained and was steadfast in his faith. Chuck left this world surrounded by ‘his girls’, wife Joy, daughters Caitlin and Alene; and his siblings Susan, Judi, and David who will always carry his memory in their hearts. Forever missed by all who loved him, including his many nieces and nephews. Dad, we were truly blessed to have you in our lives. We will miss your terrible jokes and we will do our part to continue the tradition of making sure our homes are fully equipped with stacks of books. You will never know how much you will be missed, and how broken our hearts are, but, we know that you are home in heaven watching over us. We are eternally grateful for the love and care given to dad by the staff at Haldimand War Memorial Hospital, and all the CCAC nurses – especially Jackie and Lisa. Cremation has taken place. We will be saying “goodbye for now” with a visitation at BALLARD MINOR FUNERAL HOME , 315 Broad St. E., Dunnville on Wednesday, September 14th from 6-8 p.m. A Home Going service for Dad will be held at Centennial Park Baptist Church, 11 Kennedy Road, Grimsby on Thursday, September 15, 2016 at 7 p.m. Please join us for a light dinner before the service and cookies and coffee after. We ask that in lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Charles Quail may be made at: www.baptist.ca/donate; these funds will be used to support pastors in attending personal and professional development events. www.ballardminorfh.ca “Goodbye Dad”
