Gina left us peacefully and on her own terms at Humber River Regional Hospital surrounded by her loved ones. Predeceased by her husband Pietro of 62 years in 2007, her brother Secondo “Tonetti” in Dec 2016 and sister-in-law Agnese in Jan 2017. She leaves behind her sister Relina, two devoted daughters Femi (Francesco) and Denise (John), four lovely grandchildren, Fabio (Solmaz), Steven (Jana), Angela (Chris) and Roberto (Sarah), who thought the world of her; and her pride and joy, four adorable great grand children. She also leaves behind two sisters and one brother in Italy. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 16, 2017 from 2pm-4pm & 6pm-9pm at DELMORO FUNERAL HOME (61 Beverly Hills Dr. North York). A Chapel service will be held on Friday, March 17, 2017 at 10 am at DELMORO FUNERAL HOME (61 Beverly Hills Dr. North York), followed by interment at Beechwood Cemetery. The family is very grateful to the staff of Humber River Regional Hospital, 8th Floor West, for their compassionate care and to the staff of Amica at Vila Da Vinci for their welcoming and warm attention. Gina also received fantastic care from St. Michael’s Hospital, Regional Geriatric Program, and if so desired donations can be made in her memory.
