RETA LEES (McDOUGALL) Formerly of Scarborough Passed away peacefully at Woodhaven Long Term Care in Markham, on Wednesday, June 29, 2016, two months shy of her 91st birthday. Reta, predeceased by her husband Robert (Bob) of 49 years, is survived by her children Jo-Anne (John) Marchment, Bill (Sharon) and Kelly (Art) Snooks. Loving Gramma to nine and Great-Gramma to fifteen. Reta is survived by her sister Ella Broderick and sisters- in-law, Rae Forgie and Gwen McDougall. Predeceased by siblings Hilda (Jim) Hill, Ross, Bob and Don (Gertie). Many thanks to the staff at Woodhaven Buttonville for their compassionate care of Mom in her final six years. Cremation has taken place and a visitation and celebration of Reta’s life will take place at Barnes Memorial Funeral Home (5295 Thickson Rd. N., Whitby, 905-655-3662) on Sunday, July 17th from 12:00- 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to the Alzheimer Society.
