ARMSTRONG, Richard Harry 1944 – 2017 Unexpectedly at home on June 24, 2017. Beloved husband of Donna (nee Gaine) for almost 50 years. Loving father of Mark and Russ (Jennifer Webb). Proud grandfather of Cameron. Dear brother of Janice Larsen (Kaj) and brother-in-law of David Gaine (Margo). Uncle of Ryan and Whitney Larsen and Graham Gaine. Rick was a Chartered Accountant for 44 years. He had a passion for golf and was a longtime member of Thornhill Country Club. Rick will be missed and fondly remembered by family and friends. Cremation has take place. Visitation will be held at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge St. (at Goulding, south of Steeles), on Thursday, June 29th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Memorial service in the Chapel on Friday, June 30th at 11 a.m. If desired, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Toronto Humane Society would be appreciated.
