DEL BUONO, Robert Robert, the son of Michele and Anna, brother of Vincent and John, died peacefully August 24, 2017. A graduate of Emery Collegiate, he worked many years as a Construction Supervisor and was especially proud of his last project, the first “green” apartment building in Toronto. His lifelong passion was music. An accomplished pianist and guitarist, he composed and produced his own recordings. In recent years he worked as an Internet Marketer. He also created digital art based on fractals. Robert will be deeply missed by his family and friends. His family and friends would like to thank the following for their sensitive and supportive care of Robert: Cindy Ivanyshyn, the nurses at CCAC, the staff of oncology, radiation and pain management departments at Princess Margaret Hospital and the emergency, 14th floor and cardiovascular ICU staff at Toronto General Hospital. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Rd. (north of Lawrence Ave.), Weston, on Tuesday, August 29th from 4-8 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 30th at 11 a.m. in the chapel, with entombment following at Glendale Cemetery.
