Passed away in her 89th year on September 5, 2016 at Credit Valley Hospital. Loving wife of the late Paul Francis Lewis.
Beloved mother of Brenda Dale McHeady (Brian), Dianne Lynne Nowoselski (John) and Bradley Wayne Lewis (Martha).
Cherished Grandmother of Sean McHeady, Scott Nowoselski, Lynn Nowoselski and Jake Lewis.
Dear sister of Frederick Joseph Turp and aunt to Kathryn Turp.
Ruby grew up in Mimico and lived her adult life in Etobicoke. She was a long time volunteer of Girl Guides of Canada. She took great pleasure travelling with friends through Time of Your Life Travel as well monthly lunches with the “Lunch Bunch”. She will be missed by all her new friends at Beechwood Retirement Residence in Mississauga.
A funeral/celebration of life will be scheduled at a future date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society are appreciated. f
