Jeffery Lee SAUNDERS
SAUNDERS, Jeffery Lee Born June 18, 1956, passed away on November 4, 2016, at Juravinski Hospital in Hamilton. Born in Hamilton, Ontario, he was the son of the late Christine Saunders (MacMillan) and Daniel Saunders. He was an employee of Stelco for most of his life. He is survived by his daughters, Lacie Ross, Ashley Saunders, and Myranda Hogan, grandchildren, Katie, Jake, Harmony, Bella, and Addison, sisters, Marilyn Pluim, Judy (Don) Sherwood, and Barb (Albert) Fraser. Nieces and nephews, Carolyn Pluim, Alison Pluim, Laura (Jay) Callaghan, Aaron Pluim, Adam Fraser, Kevin (Kate) Jones, Stephen (Tammy) Jones, Kathryn Jones, Kathryn and Elena Saunders. Predeceased by his mother Christine (MacMillan) Saunders, father Daniel Saunders and brother Phillip Saunders. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 12th, 1:30 p.m. at Chalmers Presbyterian Church, (200 Mountain Park Avenue, Hamilton, L8V 1A2). Memorial donations would be greatly appreciated, and may be made to St. Joseph’s Hospital Peer Support Program.
