SHIRLEY SCALA Passed away peacefully at the H. J. McFarland Home on Sunday, June 18, 2017, at the age of 89. Wife of the late Joseph and sister of the late Harvey Allen. Beloved mother of Cathy Scala (late Gary Miller) of Whitby and Deborah Caruso (Richard) of Picton. Lovingly known as “Nana Banana” to her grandchildren Christopher, Michael (Josie), Christine and Janet. Dear great-grandmother of Gabriella, Joe, Mia, Alissa, Ben, Evan, Kai and Tatum. A memorial service will be held in the chapel of the Whattam Funeral Home, 33 Main Street, Picton, ON, on Wednesday, June 21st, at 2 p.m. Reverend Lynne Donovan to officiate. Cremation has taken place. If desired, donations to the Loyalist Humane Society would be appreciated.
