Suddenly at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 in her 83rd year. Loving mother to Florence and Rosy. Proud Granny (Babche) of Christina, Nicole, Jim and Kristen. Beloved daughter of the late Tryfonas and Eleni Tryfon and granddaughter of Philip and Kiriakoula Tryfon. Sadly missed by her family and friends. Visitation will be held at the McEachnie Funeral Home (28 Old Kingston Rd., Ajax), on Thursday, July 7th from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. and Friday, July 8th from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held at St. John’s Greek Orthodox Church (1385 Warden Ave., Scarborough) on Saturday, July 9th at 10:30 a.m. Stavrula will be laid to rest in Erskine Cemetery (Finch Ave. and Fairport Rd., Pickering) following the service. If desired, memorial donations may be made in lieu of flowers to a charity of choice. –
