McLEAN, TYLER BROCK January 6, 1992, Boca Raton, Florida – October 1, 2017, Toronto, Canada Tragically on Sunday, October 1, 2017, Tyler Brock McLean age 25, sadly, passed away. Beloved son of Hugh (Mairead) McLean and Paris Vassel, brother of Kennedy, Devon, Falon, Ory and Aidan. Tyler was predeceased by his grandparents David and Diana McLean and grandfather Carl Vassel. Tyler will be deeply missed by his parents, siblings and grandmother Patricia Vassel and extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins and by his many friends. Tyler was a wonderful young man with a bright future ahead of him. A graduate of University of Guelph, Tyler was just at the beginning of his journey into adulthood when his life was tragically taken from him. Born in Palm Beach County, Florida, Tyler lived for many years in the Turks and Caicos Islands before relocating to Toronto where he attended Richview Collegiate and Guelph Humber. Tyler loved to travel and visited many countries including Australia, New Zealand, Thailand and Peru where he had only returned from the day previous to the senseless tragedy which took his life. About to embark on a new career, Tyler was excited about his future and scheduled to travel to Ireland on October 2nd. Tyler’s father and younger sister and twin brothers who are here from Ireland are holding the following: As a tribute to Tyler, family and friends are invited to his Memorial Service which will be held on: Saturday, October 7th at 1 p.m. at Grace Church On-The-Hill, 300 Lonsdale Road, Toronto, M4V 1X4 (at the corner of Lonsdale and Russell Hill Road). In addition to this, Tyler McLean’s mother and family are holding a visitation and celebration of Tyler’s life on Monday, October 9th from 4-8 p.m. at Newediuk Funeral Home.
