WOOLDRIDGE, William Arthur (Bill Sr.) On June 23, 2017, in his 82nd year, Bill passed away at home. Dearly loved husband of Estelle (nee Mulholland) for 57 years. Loving father of Bill Jr. (Kevin), Shawn, Colleen Buma (Sean Graham) and Michael (Lucia). Devoted Papa to grandchildren William (Becky), Cassandra (Cyril), Kaitlyn, James, Yvonne and Tomas. Loving Great-Papa to Mackenzie, Jaxson, Ryder and Clara. Bill was predeceased by his infant son, Danny in 1964 and eight siblings over the years. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. A heartfelt thanks to the most constants in his recent care, VON nurse, Esther Beatty and CBI, Michelle Klie, PSW, Dr. Winemaker and Mani from the Outreach Palliative Team, as well as numerous caregivers through CCAC, who made it possible, honouring Bill’s wishes to stay at home. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Bill’s life will be on Sunday, July 9, 2017, at 801 Upper Gage Avenue, in the lounge from 1-4 p.m. Sorry, there is no visitor parking on the premises. Bill wanted to die at home and… “HE DID IT HIS WAY”.
