WILLIAM (RICK) WARREN After 73 years of great adventure and love, peacefully at his home with his family by his side in Orangeville, ON, on Monday, February 27, 2017. Beloved husband of Eileen Warren. Dear father of Michelle (Brad Smart) and Peter (Dawn Moffatt). Cherished grandpa of Finleigh, Ruarie, Teaghan and Peyton. Loving brother of Flo Carroll. Predeceased by his sisters Marie Mullen and Jean Warren. He will also be greatly missed by many relatives and friends in Canada and Ireland. Rick was born in Belfast, he worked in the shipyards and sailed the world, before marrying his love and immigrating to Canada in 1970. He worked for Ontario Hydro at Lakeview Generating Station for more than 25 years. After retiring, he enjoyed new adventures, such as hot air ballooning and volunteering in his community. His greatest pleasure was spending time with his granddaughters. Funeral Service will be held at Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First Street, Orangeville, on Friday, March 3, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. Private family interment – Forest Lawn Cemetery.
